I really didn't think I would get any usable shots at all. Very few of the shots that day came out. This one attracted me because of the painterly effect the fog gave the background. But it really killed the sharpness on the foreground. Thank for stopping by and commenting I really love your work and keep stopping in for inspiration. I use Photomatix to process my raw shots because i really like the dynamic range it pulls out. Sometimes though, it's tough to keep it from haloing. The weather cooperated nicely by being cloudy with intermittent sun. I was lucky enough to have the sun highlight the birds and wash out the background. I was hoping for the kind of sights we had the year before when you would find a thousand of the guys in one field for most of the day.<br/><br/>Thanks for stopping. The only thing is there seems to be a fair amount of noise in some of these. In this shot, some of that noise may be due to the fog, but have you tried running the HDR's through a noise reduction program? In any event, this is a shot to be proud of! Another gorgeous HDR shot!
